Once you place your order, here's what happens:

1. Order Confirmed — You'll receive a WhatsApp confirmation shortly after placing your order.

2. Prepared & Dispatched — Your order is carefully packed and handed to our courier within 1 business day.

3. Out for Delivery — Our courier will contact you before arrival. Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your governorate.

↩️ Returns — Accepted only for items that arrived damaged or are not as described. Requests must be submitted within a few hours of delivery.
